Thanks so much. Good location for guests without own car, as LRT-station nearby. Staff at reception very kind and helpful. Breakfast with good variety. Could not find a restaurant in walking-distance, very sad.

I love staying at this hotel for various reasons. I love its hospitality, starting from its front-line Mr. Neo to all the rest of the well-trained front desk staffs. The Hotel's breakfast had also improved tremendously and the re-location to cater for different types of hotel guest having breakfast is a brilliant idea. The breakfast selection is adequate, and I hope they will maintain the local "roti canai" style rather than doing a different Indian "pratha" style. its kinda unbearable texture and difficult to eat it with the sambal.

Room looks old, restaurant ambience is too dimmed and not welcoming. Toilet is not exactly clean. Dusty. Poor toilet paper quality. Toilet space is too small. Bed is comfortable. TV channel variation is good. Complete amenities as per brand standard.

Хороший номер с удобной кроватью, важно, что был чайник и чашки для чая, кроме кровати отдельная козетка у окна, на которой можно поваляться. Для меня самое неудобное - это душ, не отделенный дверцей или занавеской. Хотя дверь ванной видимо предназначена для того, чтобы отгородиться, пол все равно весь мокрый. Не нравится и сама стеклянная дверь ванной - полная слышимость, ни о каком уединении в туалете речь не идет. Разочаровал завтрак, хот блюд много, большинство из них странные и не особо вкусные. Чай мог бы быть хотя бы пакетированным, то, что заварено в термопоте пить невозможно. Удобно расположение отеля рядом с метро.

Приятный отель. Персонал вежливый, номера комфортные и чистые. Завтрак вкусный, единственное добавила нарезку сыра и мясного. Бассейна конечно не хватает после жаркого дня. В остальном всё прекрасно.

This was my third visit, and I have to admit that I encounter more features each time. The LRT is very handy, the breakfast was more than sufficient, and service by Sajib was very attentive, thank you. On this occasion, I was provided with the most comfortable and quite room so far (1238). The hotel would definitely benefit if the empty shopping mall next door was fully leased, however whilst the immediate surroundings are starting to benefit from new enterprise, this still looks to be a long way off. All up, this visit more than made up for some disappointments I had on my previous stay, and I will certainly consider the hotel should I be in the area.

It's Still Up To The Standard

The hotel is good with breakfast. But the tourists group is huge sometimes which you have to stand the different in cultures.The room is up to the standard and not much to shout about. The surrouding is a bit boring but still could get some tidbits during the night.

Находились в отеле 2 дня, добрались с аэропорта не без плутаний, но достаточно быстро. Разместили быстро, все вежливо. В номере чисто, 2 кровати и диван, вид за окном не волновал, т.к. в отель приезжали только ночевать. За 2 дня создалось впечатление , что мы одни европеоиды, много китайцев, индусов. Может быть поэтому на завтраках индийская кухня, но нам все нравилось, все вкусно, в конце концов мы сюда не борщи с пельменями приехали есть. Еще из плюсов- бесплатный шаттл до петронасов. Спасибо за все работникам отеля.

The moment we entered the establishment we were shown to the the ACCOR priority desk and were treated with a friendly smile and the young lady was very helpful and pointed us in the right directions of how they expected our stay to be pleasant and enjoyable. Every time we entered the hotel we were greeted by a friendly smile and a wave from the staff on the desk. this also was the same from the cleaning staff and restaurant staff a most enjoyable stay and a big thank you to all the staff.

From the first time i came to the hotel and went in the room, it was not as I expected. The towel, pillow and blanket was really smelly. Shower water was also very sharp. Service was really bad, breakfast was the most worst part. They’re only serving Indian food, fruit only watermelon that taste not sweet. I never come back to this hotel again

OK for a couple of days, the hotel is starting to need a bit of work. Staff were excellent, breakfast was good. Only complaint would be level of noise in the early mornings with tour groups coming and going.

This is also one of my favorites and each of visit to KL i have been staying here . the guys make a great effort to make your stay comfortable . and add on that they have an Indian Thali on the menu .. but i thnk it is time now they undertake a maintenance of the rooms as it is showing signs of a bit aging . lighting in room needs refreshing touch and so does the plumbing especially the room i stayed in # 1044 . breakfast is improving and i think if they add some south indian variety to the breakfast vegetarian menu that would be great and i am willing to overlook the minor room manienance issues to trade with that .

might be value for money but as a accor hotel, many things should be improved.Especially the breakfast is very poor. The menu, freshness, quality all should be improved urgently and significantly. The room is not clean also. The housekeepers should be more trained to clean the room to the details.

booked for 5 nights 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 little kids and additional 1 night after return trip from thailand as they would not keep luggages for me if I did not book with them again. Catering mostly to Indians. Not as expected. Looked much nicer on accor website. Pros: breakfast staff and head chef are all great. The security guard at lobby was also friendly. Balloons for kids given during breakfast. Thus the 2 star as opposed to 1 star. Cons: 1. AC is faulty in the 1 room I slept in on our last night. Woke me and daughter up 4x. Would work fine then all of a sudden would make weird noises similar to loud water leaking for several minutes then stop again. 2. Connecting room doors cant be left open. 3. there were hair balls on the bathroom floor. was not cleaned properly as you can see them as soon as you walk in. 4. 1 room smelled of smoke even though supposedly no smoking allowed. 5. polyester filled pillows and torn bedsheets 6. hallway REEKED of cig smoke despite it being a non-smoking floor. Informed front desk. They didnt bother checking. 7. food in breakfast is pretty much the same everyday 8. front desk staff do NOT seem to know anything when you ask them and are for the most part unhelpful and unfriendly except for one chinese guy. 9. Surrounding is rundown and no real mall nearby. 10. Dont be fooled by ad of shuttle service to klcc. Its only available at 11am, 1pm and 2pm and only good for one way and you have to book way in advance as it gets booked by larger parties. seats are limited to 10 people. They will not allow you to use the shuttle to go back to hotel. Better stay in klcc if thats where you will be most of the time. one way grab fares from klcc suria mall vary from myr 10 to 25 and can be a hassle during peak hours. 11. Did not credit my 5 X 2 rooms stay. Only credited 5 nights x 1 room. Only reason I booked this hotel over other accor is for nights credit.

Good value hotel for the price paid. This is one of the better hotels in KL for the price you pay, of course we can't compare with those costing RM300 to RM500. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed at the 10th floor. Really comfortable beds. The location was great, not far from city centre and quite near to Cheras for our business meetings. However, you will have to deal with the heavy traffic and congestion, but that's normal in KL anyway. Friendly staff. My only issue is that the bathroom sink took ages for the water to drain out and the shower pressure was a bit low.
